Our accounting services range from assisting with the day-to-day accounting functions to upper end financial analyses. We are proficient with QuickBooks and Peachtree and provide training and assistance with both programs in addition to our accounting services.

ACT! Layout Design and Training

ACT! is the number one contact management program in America for good reason: it provides one place to look for everything and is very easy to use. Although Synthesis, Inc. is not affiliated with ACT! or the Sage Corporation in any way, we are considered ACT! preferred trainers simply because we have grown our own business exponentially using this program and have trained companies across the nation to do the same.

Synthesis also offers a popular Signature Service: InterACT!-ing™ - Personalized training online, at your own computer!

InterACT!-ing™ training is $99.00 for 1.5 hours of training which includes free e-mail and telephone support after the training for questions under 15 minutes.

Graphic and Design Services

Most folks understand the advantage of eMarketing. You appreciate the benefit of mixing your media by offering postcards and eAds in addition to your mailings. It can be as simple as creating one flyer to demonstrate all your services in a visual manner, to creating an effective eMarketing campaign.

Hourly graphic design services: $55.00

Web Design

Sometimes you have a great website but it needs updating; perhaps you want to take your site to the next level – moving from a flat design to one that is database driven. Or maybe you need to expand your website to include a directory or an eStore.

Tweaking an existing website is simple and a terrific benefit when you want someone to evaluate the effectiveness of your wording (Copywriting) or the user-friendliness of the site itself (Web Design).

Cybrarian Services

As a business owner you need to consistently market your services. Sending blind mailings is one way, but targeting a specific market is a better way. Once the recipient of a mailing realizes you are talking to them and not everyone in their zip code, you have a better chance of earning a client.

Cybrarians target lists to your specifications. This can be as simple as locating industries in a specific metro area or as complex as drilling down to each business owner within that dynamic to find age, biographical background and email addresses, if available.

“Concierge” Cybrarian Services: Per name quote provided, depending upon the amount of specific information requested – could range from $2.25 to $5.45 per name.

Copywriting

You have a great list and want to develop equally great letters or content that reflects your unique company style. At the same time, you need to be compliant with regulatory requirements. Perhaps you have a business idea you would like to take out of your head and put on paper! Copywriters have a unique way of taking the complex and stating it simply.

Every business is unique and each project is quoted separately but typically you can expect to have your ideas translated into great copy in 3 – 5 hours. Once completed, this copy is yours to use and tweak. You own every piece we write for you.
