At Synthesis, we believe in high-activity selling. For more than 12 years Gary Rogoff has asked our team to complete a minimum of 100 sales activities per week per person, Imagewith at least 25 of those activities involving current clients.

Copywriting
What makes a great letter or email? Number one: Keep it brief and focus on the needs of the recipient then how you can satisfy that need. Research, research, research is required. Key words, hot buttons, brevity – that’s the sum total of good writing. If that is not your strong suit, we will craft a typical letter in 1.5 – 2.0 hours. We write it – you own it. Use it to create great call back scripts and follow up emails.

A Typical Week...

In December one of our outbound telephone sales professionals made 56 calls to a targeted ‘cold’ prospect list. 48% of those called asked for more information by email or fax; 50% of those follow ups resulted in proposals; 43% of those follow ups were closed.

Result: 6 New Clients. Our average sale is $275.00 = $1,650.00.

Increasing our revenue by $1,650.00 weekly, bi-weekly even monthly (per sales person!) keeps our sales manager very happy.
