There are two reports that I rely heavily upon when calling on existing clients or going for the close on Hot Prospects.
A Contact Report and a Who Is – one can be found as a default in ACT! and the other comes as a benefit when using Swift Page Email.
The Contact Report tells you the pertinent information about the Contact – Notes/History/Opportunities which you can filter by any date and time period:


This report (as with every report in ACT!) can be customized to include only the fields you desire. In our version we added our logo and a space for On-Site Notes.

The other report is generated from Swift Page and includes information about the contact in all levels of Social Networking and on-line news. This helps me to break the ice when meeting someone face to face the first time or reconnecting after a break in service:
